For 10 years, I performed the role of HR/benefits and payroll administrator in both large and small businesses. During my tenure, I interacted with employees at all levels, including CEOs, VPs, comptrollers, managers, supervisors, and team leaders. Also, I obtained hands-on knowledge of various technologies, such as Ultimate Software, Kronos, Sage Accounting, and software developed by payroll service providers.
